UNITY — Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association will host seasonal cooking classes at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, and Wednesday, May 23, at MOFGA’s Common Ground Education Center, 294 Crosby Brook Road.
The first two classes will cover winter and spring.
The winter seasonal cooking class will kick off with dishes to brighten a winter recipe rotation, including buckwheat injera with whitefish spread, shredded beet salad, cornbread with herb butter, chicken soup with verdurette, and acorn brownies.
Chef Frank Giglio will lead the classes.
The course fee is $35 or $25 for MOFGA members.
