The Kennebec Retired Educators Association will meet at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 14 at the Oakland United Methodist Church, 20 West School St. in Oakland.
Members should call 612-2639 by Monday, April 30, to reserve a meal ticket if they have not already done so. Also, a cash or check donation will be accepted for a local food pantry. No food items please.
Superintendent of Schools Eric Haley will speak about recent trends in education following the business meeting and lunch.
