AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were: north/south — Patricia Damon and Ken Harvey, Paul Jones and Stan Mathieu, and Janet Arey and Joanna Dennis; east/west — Sharron Hinckley and John Hackett, Nancy Lindgren, and Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell. Results on Thursday were a tie between Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell, and Ben Lund and David Offer, then Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley.
The club meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays at Granite Hill Estates, 60 Balsam Drive, Hallowell, and 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at Kennebec Plaza, 20 Willow St., Augusta. All are welcome; a partner is guaranteed. For more information, call 485-2530.
Fairfield Bridge Club
FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Tuesday were Ed and Joyce Rushton, Patricia Kick and Joanna Denis placed second, Carroll and Audrey Harding placed third, and Elaine Campbell and Willy Pouliot tied with Jackie Chadbourne and Diane Bishop for fourth place.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.
Cribbage winner on Wednesday was Dee Dee Brown, Dorothy Murray placed second and Kay O’Brien placed third.
Bridge Day winner on Thursday was Joanna Burd, Kay O’Brien placed second and Jacquie Cowperthwaite placed third.
Cribbage is played Mondays, game day bridge Wednesdays and bridge Thursdays at the center. For more information, call 626-7777.

WATERVILLE — The Waterville nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Thursday were: Betty Perry and Wilma Pouilot, Lee Duff and Dick Quinlin placed second, Lee Lenfest and Madeline Poulin placed third and Dennis Perkins and Pat Nutt placed fourth.
