ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Bethany Hartley, of Whitefield, and Jason Skrien, of Manchester, were conferred degrees this academic year at Rochester Institute of Technology. The university held its 133rd annual commencement celebration in May.
Hartley received a bachelor of arts in mechanical engineering technology.
Skrien received a bachelor of science in computer engineering.
