HALLOWELL — A garden tour of local gardens, Shoot Upward Fundraiser for an Elevator, is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14.
The garden locations include: Laura Benedict, 17 Page St.; Granite Hill Estate, 60 Balsam Drive; LUX, 181 Water St.; the Maine Accent, 60 Shady Lane; Karen Simpson, 77 Central St.; and Vaughan Historic Homestead, 2 Litchfield Road.
Tickets cost $20. For tickets stop by Camden National Bank or visit brownpaperticket.com. Tickets also will be available on the day of the tour at each of the host gardens.
Proceeds will benefit the Old Town House and Fire Station in Hallowell.
