Franklin Health Primary Care welcomes Hamilton

FARMINGTON — Franklin Health Primary Care, formerly Franklin Health Intown Medicine on Box Shop Hill in Farmington, recently announced that Deborah Hamilton, MD, will join its practice on July 30.

Hamilton received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and later completed her residency at St. Mary’s Family Practice Residency Program in Grand Junction, Colorado.

She is board certified in family practice and has provided patient care in family medicine since 2001. She most recently provided adult and pediatric care at Spruce Mountain Medical Associates in Livermore Falls.

Franklin Health Primary Care, previously called Franklin Health Intown Medicine, is located in the Mt. Blue Health Center, on the Franklin Memorial Hospital campus. She joins its team of providers: David Rice MD; Deborah Burchfield DNP, APRN, FNP-C; Kristy Hilton APRN, FNP-C; and David Huish, PA-C.

Nurse practitioner joins Franklin Health Pediatrics

FARMINGTON — Nurse practitioner Tanya Lever MSN, CPNP-PC, has joined the Franklin Memorial Hospital medical staff as a provider at Franklin Health Pediatrics. NPs evaluate patients, diagnose, write prescriptions and guide their patients on maintaining healthy lifestyles.

Lever received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of New Hampshire, followed by a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix. She then completed advanced graduate study certification from Northeastern University, Bouve School of Nursing, in Boston in May 2014.

Most recently Lever provided pediatric primary care at Dover Pediatrics in Dover, New Hampshire, caring for newborns through college age patients.

Franklin Health Pediatrics is located in the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center on the Franklin Memorial Hospital campus. Lever joins its team of providers: Nicole Donahue CPNP; Erika Schumacher MD; Gabriel Civiello MD, FAAP; Ryan Whitt MD; and Christina Christie LCSW.
