CEDARVILLE, Ohio — Joshua Horne, of Topsham, whose major is mechanical engineering, has been named to the 2018 fall semester dean’s list at Cedarville University.

This recognition required Horne to maintain a 3.5 grade point average for the semester and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.
