ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, on Tuesday at 3:21 p.m., Rachel L. Rogers, 37, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after she was found on Water Street.

Wednesday at 3:52 a.m., Jason G. Maxim, 41, of South China, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property during a traffic stop near Winthrop Road and Spring Street.
