HARRISONBURG, Va. — Chandler Dugal, of Sidney, has been named to the 2018 fall semester dean’s list at James Madison University.
Students who earn dean’s list honors must be considered by the registrar to be carrying a full time course load of graded credit hours and earn a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.899.
