As part of the team from TDI developing the New England Clean Power Link (NECPL) in Vermont, I wanted to clarify a misstatement that appeared in a letter to the editor on April 30 (“Mill should reject CMP corridor”).
This letter stated that the Vermont transmission line had been rejected by Vermont. To be clear, the fully buried NECPL project in Vermont has already been issued permits by the state of Vermont and federal agencies and enjoys widespread support among Vermonters.
