Four of Maine’s funniest comedians will perform a night of stand-up comedy at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, at The Dolard and Priscilla Gendron Franco Center in Lewiston. Lewiston comedian Dawn Hartill will host the comedy showcase featuring Randy Williams, Tuck Tucker, and Dennis Fogg. The show will be held in Heritage Hall, through the Oxford Street entrance.

Randy Williams has been named Friendliest Guy in New England Comedy.  His act of dad jokes has taken him all over the country (Laugh Boston, San Jose Improv, Rooster T. Feathers) and the world (Ireland’s Smallest Comedy Club and Bangalore Comedy Club at Take Five).  Tuck Tucker is a Maine based comic that has been keeping audiences in stitches for the last 15 years.  His combination of verbal wit and physical comedy are a recipe for falling off your chair funny.  Dennis Fogg is a 25 year comedy veteran.  His comedy and restaurant, Uncle Andy’s Diner in South Portland, were featured on the Food Network’s “Restaurant Impossible.”  Hartill is the 2016 winner of the Strand Cup Comedy Competition and regularly performs throughout New England. She has appeared at Improv Boston, Comix at Mohegan Sun, and the International Lady Laughs Festival.

Admission is $10 and tickets can be purchased at francocenter.org/events/comedy-the-franco/ or at the door. The Dolard and Priscilla Gendron Franco Center is located at 46 Cedar St., Lewiston.
