SKOWHEGAN — A woman from Etna who authorities say directed two separate bomb threats at Puritan Medical Products in Pittsfield earlier this year in an effort to spend more time with her boyfriend was among those who were indicted by a Somerset County grand jury.

The grand jury handed up indictments Wednesday, charging 30 people with 86 counts. Among those indicted was Kayla Blake, 33, who faces one count of terrorizing following the bomb threats in September.

Authorities have said Blake called in the threats at the facility where her boyfriend worked, disrupting manufacturing operations.

Blake initially called Maine State Police and said she was going to place a bomb at the Puritan plant at 129 North Main St. in Pittsfield, officials said.

She called a second time about two hours later and said she intended to place four pipe bombs near the plant, Pittsfield police Chief Pete Bickmore said at the time.
