WORCESTER, Mass. — Four local students have been named to the 2021 fall dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

They are Hope Hutchinson of Greene, class of 2023, a biology and biotechnology major; Rowan Labaugh of Augusta, class of 2022, a mechanical engineering degree; Jacob Mills of Augusta, class of 2023, a biomedical engineering degree; and Brock Jolicoeur of Waterville, class of 2023, a physics major.

The criteria for the WPI dean’s list differs from that of most other universities, since WPI does not compute a grade point average. Instead, WPI defines the dean’s list by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
