Mike Miclon’s The Early Evening Show will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Celebration Barn in South Paris. The show, Miclon’s last at the Barn before the season finale in October, will feature comedy and music – including an imaginative spin on a classic tune.

A spoof of late-night talk shows, The Early Evening Show is the longest-running live variety show in Maine, with more than two hundred performances over the past twenty-three years. Packed with surprise guests and audience interactions, The Bangor Daily News called The Early Evening Show “a seamless, hilarious production,” and CBS Sunday Morning called it “must-see reality!”

Nine-year-old Evelyn Miclon makes her Early Evening debut, and joins regular performer and writer Fritz Grobe, plus the Early Evening Show Orchestra with Oren Robinson, Eli Allen, and Jed Allen. The Barn’s Shara Drew and Miguel Pacheco González will also join as special guests.
