Elm City Bridge Club
Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop were winners at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville Aug. 16.
Maryanne Trafton and Suzon Morrison placed second. Dick Quinlan and Lee Lenfest finished third.
The club meets at 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday at the Elks Lodge, Industrial Road in Waterville. Participants should bring their own partner.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club’s winners for Aug. 17 were Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley.
Jan and Vern Arey placed second, and Lynn Macleod and Dorothy Murray took third place.
Stefanie Barley and Bill Korol were winners for Aug. 18.
The club meets at 12:30 p.m. every Wednesday at the Cohen Center, 22 Town Farm Road in Hallowell, and Thursday evening at 6:30 at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who want to play but need a partner can call Director Paul Mitnik at 313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
