Waterville has issued a downtown winter parking ban for Thursday, Jan. 26.
The city asks that the Concourse and downtown be kept clear of parking from midnight to 6 a.m. to allow for snow cleanup.
Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot.
