Waterville has issued a downtown winter parking ban from midnight to 6 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24.
The city asks that the Concourse and downtown be kept clear to allow for snow cleanup by the public works department.
Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot.
