Elm City Bridge Club

Finishing first at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville July 18 were Lynne Kerschner and Jeannie Reilling, followed by Wilma Pouliot and Barbara Trehune in second, and Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop in third.

Games are played at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St. New players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club

The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Clubs winners for July 19 were Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinkley. Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman placed second; Jean Bird and Ken Harvey placed third.

The winners for July 13 were Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami. Fred and Lorrie Letourneau placed second.

The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.

Participants should bring a partner. Those who want to play but need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
