The city of Waterville asks that the Concourse and downtown be kept clear of parking from midnight to 6 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 5, to allow for snow clean up by the Public Works Department.
Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot.
