Like many people I interact with, I would prefer to vote in a younger president than either Mr. Trump or President Biden.
If I can only choose from those two older men then I think about how they operate; Mr. Trump promotes himself as the only one whom can make America great again. His way or the highway. Definitely not a compromiser.
President Biden relies on experienced and knowledgeable people in order to succeed in a complex and rapidly changing world. No one person can be good at everything and know everything. A leader surrounds himself with exceptional people.
Managing through intimidation and coercion is not leadership, it is bullying and leads to failure and isolation with only one person making decisions.
What kind of leader resorts to name calling?
