Elm City Bridge Club
Linda Atkinson and Sylvia Palmer were the top Elm City Bridge Club team at the duplicate bridge session April 9 in Waterville, followed by Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for April 10 were Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman. Ron Cote and Vern Arey placed second, and Jean Bird and Ken Harvey placed third.
The winners for April 11 were Marilyn Ware and Martha Morrill. There was a three-way tie for second between Mitnik and Sherman, Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley, and Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami.
The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
