WATERVILLE — O’Donnell Lee, P.A. and Marden, Dubord, Bernier & Stevens, PA LLC, two law firms based in Waterville, have announced their merger, effective July 1, 2024.
This strategic union brings together two prominent firms to better serve the legal needs of central Maine into the future, according to a news release.
The combined firm will operate under the name O’Donnell Lee Marden Dubord, with offices at 325-E Kennedy Memorial Drive. A general practice law firm, O’Donnell Lee Marden Dubord provides advice and representation in the fields of estate planning, elder law, residential and commercial real estate law, corporate and commercial law, municipal law, family law and general litigation.
