The Foster Career & Technical Education Center held its 2026 Student Recognition Ceremony on June 1 at the Mt. Blue Campus gymnasium, recognizing students for their accomplishments during the academic year.

The ceremony honored students who completed career and technical education programming, including more than 350 hours of specialized instruction in their chosen career pathways.
Many students earned industry-recognized certifications and college credits, while more than $40,000 in scholarships were awarded to support continued education and career goals.

Students received Certificates of Completion and honor cords to wear at their high school graduations in recognition of their commitment and achievements.
The ceremony included recognition of 41 new members of the National Technical Honor Society.
Chris Davis, assistant director of Foster CTE Center, said the event also recognized the families, instructors and community partners who supported students throughout the year.
