Timothy Barbeau, 38, of Whitefield, assault May 15 in Winthrop; 180-day jail sentence with all but 24 hours suspended, one-year probation.

Zachery D. Brown, 27, of Thomaston, elver fishing by resident, one device without license April 10 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Derrick Degreenia, 26, of Bangor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 21 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Joseph L. Dion, 19, of Farmingdale, assault Sept. 10, 2012, in Farmingdale; $300 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

Gregory Donaghy, 50, of Wiscasset, domestic violence terrorizing Jan. 25 in Augusta; 180-day suspended jail sentence, one-year probation.

Linda K. Galloway, 62, of Augusta, assault and disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, both on May 18 in Augusta; $300 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

MacKenzie A. Gray, 27, of Windsor, operating under the influence Dec. 2, 2012, in Augusta; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.

Ashley Grazioso, 21, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 12 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Jeremy Paddy Griffin, 33, of Hancock, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce April 13 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Devon Hamel, 19, of Pittston, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce March 6 in China; $350 fine.

James Hanson, 26, of Augusta, two charges of forgery Jan. 22, two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 22 and Jan. 23, all in Augusta; $600 in fines, $900 restitution.

Patrick C. Heald, 18, of Gardiner, operating under the influence April 14 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Elmer E. Leigh Jr., 36, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 17 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Cody McCutcheon, 21, of Gardiner, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce March 11; $350 fine.

Tyler J. Perry, 29, of Gardiner, violating condition of release May 15 in Gardiner; 10-day jail sentence.

Joseph R. Plourde, 33, of Winthrop, attaching false plates April 12 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Carlton S. Raymond III, 29, of West Gardiner, assault Sept. 15, 2012, in Pittston; $400 fine.

Ryan J. Riggs, 31, of Augusta, operating under the influence April 14 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Denise Truman, 54, of Windsor, practicing taxidermy without license June 14, 2012, in Windsor; $127 fine.
