HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations Cohen Community Center and AARP will offer a Safety Driver Course from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 13.

The program is a refresher course for drivers 55 and older. Those completing the program will receive a certificate which may qualify participants for a discount on auto insurance. Snow date will be Feb. 17.

The cost is $16 or $14 for AARP members. Registration is required. For more information, call 626-7777.
