Ralph W. Day, 67, of Garland, operating ATV on public way Sept. 12, 2015, in Rockwood; $100 fine.

Bruce Edgar, 55, of Saint James, New York, operating unregistered ATV Aug. 20, 2015, in Lexington; $200 fine.

Zachary J. Erkson, 25, of North Anson, eluding an officer, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit, driving to endanger and operating while license suspended or revoked, all Sept. 4, 2015, in Anson; 12-month Department of Corrections sentence, all but 90 days suspended to be served in Somerset County Jail, $825 in fines, 90-day license suspension.

Dylan Forrest, 23, of Clinton, possession of marijuana up to 1 ¼ ounce Aug. 16, 2015, in Moscow; $350 fine.

Andrew Maderios, 29, of Plaistow, New Hampshire, two counts domestic violence assault, Jan. 25, 2014, and March 23, 2014, aggravated assault, Jan. 25, 2014, and March 23, 2014, all in Pittsfield; eight-year Department of Corrections sentence, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation.
