WINCHESTER, Va. — Two local students have been named to the 2022 spring dean’s list at Shenandoah University. They are Ashley Carrier of Madison and Kalina Keller of Knox. To qualify, students enrolled in baccalaureate degree programs must complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.
