COLCHESTER, Vt.— Two local students were named to the 2021 spring semester dean’s list at Saint Michael’s College. They are Zoe Feehan of Gardiner, a senior biology major and graduate of Lisbon High School, and Arianna Kelsey of Richmond, a sophomore computer science major and graduate of Gardiner Area High School.
