One of two people charged in 2019 murder of Richmond man pleads guilty to robbery
Chanda Lilly pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery in Bath Superior Court on Tuesday in connection with the 2019 murder of Andrew Sherman in his Richmond home and has agreed to testify against Tyon Shuron, who has been charged with murder.
