Sheriff: Three arrested in bust of illegal cannabis grow in Skowhegan
Ying Xia Liao, 54; Xi Qiang Zhao, 56; and Yao Bin Cheng, 41, all of New York City, were arrested Friday when a search of a residence on Waterville Road uncovered a ‘substantial’ amount of cannabis, Sheriff Dale Lancaster said.
