WATERVILLE — The next Business Breakfast presented by Thomas College, in partnership with the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, will host Brenda Garrand, CEO of Garrand, a marketing and communications firm offering traditional and new media advertising and public relations services in Portland. Garrand will talk about connecting with an audience on a tight budget. The presentation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the Student Commons Atrium on Thomas College’s campus, 180 West River Road.
