Hallowell Cemetery prepares for fall cleanup

HALLOWELL — The city of Hallowell has asked that decorative items including dried and artificial flowers, flower pots, wreaths, urns and baskets be removed from Hallowell Cemetery before Oct. 26 in preparation for the fall raking season.
