Gage Dalphonse told police Jean Fournier punched him and threatened to kill him before Dalphonse took out his gun and shot Fournier. Witnesses at the scene told police they didn’t see or hear that happen.

Tara Nguyen says she used to work with Gage Dalphonse, the man accused of killing Jean Fournier in a parking lot Saturday night in Auburn. “Jean walked off, and Gage got out and shot him,” she said.
