Fine from driver in crash that killed 3 pedestrians turned over to Augusta for memorial
Robert Santerre has paid $5,000 as part of his sentence for committing a motor vehicle violation resulting in death. That money has been turned over to the city of Augusta to create a memorial to the crash victims.
