Halloween events serve up spooky fun across central Maine
Costumes and candy ruled Sunday at the Litchfield Fairgrounds for the Regional School Unit 4 PTA Trunk or Treat, an annual event celebrating Halloween, and one of dozens of events and displays scheduled between now and the end of October.
