The fire, which killed 85-year-old Theresa Heino, was caused by a faulty electrical connection and is ruled accidental.

Meanwhile, the American Red Cross of Maine continues to work with the dozens of residents displaced by the smoky blaze.

Most of the 40 residents are rescued by firefighters and other first responders as thick black smoke, heat and gases quickly spread throughout the building.
