NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg says Ukraine’s Western allies have sent the country $70 billion in military aid to help thwart Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Moscow annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, but most of the world does not recognize it as Russian territory.
