LAMOINE — Maine State Police say there’s no change in the condition of a man who was critically injured in a weekend shooting that left one man dead and three others hurt.

Police said today that they were continuing to investigate the weekend confrontation outside a house in the coastal town of Lamoine.

Police say 34-year-old Torrey Garland of Ellsworth suffered life-threatening injuries early Sunday and remains hospitalized. Another victim, 32-year-old Lawrence “Randy” Sinclair of Ellsworth, died from a gunshot wound to the head. Two others were hurt and a fifth man escaped injury.

State police spokesman Steve McCausland says investigators are continuing to sort through the chain of events. No triggerman has been identified and no one has been charged.
