WINSLOW — Winslow High School was high and dry Thursday after a water main break caused the cancellation of classes.

Classes will resume today.

School secretary Jane Quirion said students were dismissed at 9:10 a.m. after the break was discovered between the high school and junior high school buildings.

The building was without water Thursday morning, but the main was fixed by noon.
