AUGUSTA — Senior Driving Summit, sponsored by AAA Northern New England and Secretary of State, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Augusta Armory, 179 Western Ave. There is no fee to attend.
This summit is an opportunity for health care providers, motor vehicle administrators, educator, legislators, law enforcement, family members, traffic safety professionals, geriatricians, all senior safety advocates to convene and discuss the challenges of senior driver safety and mobility. Topics include the role of the family, law enforcement, physicians, health care providers, resources for education and outreach and continued mobility.
