SIDNEY — Jeff and Debbie Stone have announced the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Stone of Hermon to Ryan Carter of Hermon, son of Michael and Wendy Carter of Orrington.
Samantha is a 2004 graduate of Waterville Senior High School and a 2008 graduate of Lasell College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Event Management. She is an Event Coordinator at Morgan Hill Event Center in Hermon.
Ryan is a 2003 graduate of Brewer High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine Orono earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a Pre-Sell Account Manager at Pepsi in Hampden.
A June 1, 2013, wedding is planned at the Samoset Resort in Rockport.
