Samuel Thibault, 31, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees.

Wednesday, Sheryl Swan, 49, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees.

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday, at 10:51 a.m., Marcia Hope Brown, 27, of Oak Street, was arrested on a charge of operating after habitual-offender revocation, with a prior conviction, on Oak Street.
