Donna Chartier, 50, Wilton, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both on April 1, 2012, both in Wilton; both dismissed.

Jessie Coffin, 24, Auburn, assault, Aug. 13, 2010, in Farmington; nine-month, one-day jail sentence.

Ronald J. Davis II, 23, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized use of property–priors, Oct. 30, 2012, in Jay; four-year jail sentence all but six-months suspended, two years probation, $1170 restitution, 100 hours community service. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Oct. 30, 2012, in Jay; six-month jail sentence. Burglary, March 1, 2012, in Farmingtoon; six-month jail sentence.

Kevin T. Jefferson, 21, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary, both June 19, 2012, both in Wilton; both dismissed.

Joshua Norton, 34, Jay, criminal mischief, Feb. 2, 2013 in Farmington; dismissed. Domestic violence stalking–priors domestic violence, Feb. 6, 2013, in Farmington; five-year jail sentence all but one year suspended, two-years probation. Violating conditions of release, March 3, 2013, in Farmington; one-year jail sentence.

Alexander Ryerson, 20, Bryant Pond, tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, Dec. 20, 2011, in Jay; five-year jail sentence all but nine months, one day suspended, three-year probation, $1016 restitution. Criminal mischief, Dec. 20, 2011, in Jay; dismissed.

Christopher R. Simmons, 32, Jay, domestic violence terrorizing — prior domestic violence, July 15, 2012, in Wilton; dismissed. Criminal mischief, July 15, 2012, in Wilton; unconditional discharge.

Zebbie D. Thomas, 21, Jay, aggravated criminal mischief, assault, both on Aug. 13, 2010, both in Farmington; nine-months one-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked for both.

Jeni Marie Tourtelotte, 29, Wilton, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, Dec. 6, 2012, in Wilton; $400 fine, 90-day suspended jail sentence, one-year probation, 50 hours of community service. Possession of oxycodone, Dec. 6, 2012, in Wilton; dismissed.

Robert L. West, 20, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property, both on Jan. 4, 2012, both in Wilton; unconditional discharge for both.
