‘Dig’ into Reading’ kicks off Tuesday
PALERMO — “Dig into Reading” will kick off summer events Tuesday and Wednesday at Palermo Community Library. “Dig into Reading” is a statewide program for young readers up to second grade. Stories and activities will be held twice a week, including Bedtime Story Hour every other week on Thursdays at 7 p.m. Children may come in PJs with a pillow and a stuffy.
Winslow High’s class of 1983 plans reunion
WINSLOW — Winslow High School’s class of 1983 will celebrate its 30th class reunion from 7 to 11 p.m. July 26 at the Waterville Elks Lodge. Organizers have invited all classmates and several faculty members to the casual event.
