IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:19 a.m., Antelsy Bellows, no age given, of Waterville, arrested on College Avenue on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

12:19 a.m., Scott Cogswell, 45, of Waterville, arrested on College Avenue on a warrant for possession of drugs.

12:40 p.m., Michael Decent, 35, of Waterville, arrested on College Avenue on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

1:45 p.m., Jessica Pagliaroli, 24, of Waterville, arrested on North Street on a warrant.

5:50 p.m., Joseph Nadeau, 24, of Waterville, arrested on Grove Street on a charge of felony theft.
