WATERVILLE — The Alfond Youth Ice Rink is now open to the public. The Alfond Youth Center at 126 North St. welcomes skaters of all ages to enjoy the newly designed ice rink. Because of the generous support of the Languet Family and the Waterville Fire Department, it is free to the public. The rink is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with evening lights surrounding the rink.
