AUGUSTA — Jacob B. Lorance, 34, of Readfield, pleaded guilty to several charges in Kennebec County Superior Court on Friday, including burglary and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon which occurred March 16, 2013, in Augusta.

Charges of theft and concealing a weapon, a knife, were dismissed in exchange for the plea.

Lorance also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of oxycodone and theft which occurred Oct. 1-6, 2012, in Winthrop.

He was sentenced to five years in jail, with all but nine months suspended, and three years’ probation. He was ordered to pay $180 restitution and fined $400.
