Albert Hall School student Inga Zimba was the star pupil at the Waterville school after being named the winner for Maine in the Doodle4Google competition on Tuesday.
Her doodle, Save a Google Bees,” depicting robotic bees that gather dates on beehives and prevent colony collapse disorder, was selected from tens of thousands of entries.
Voting on entries from all 50 states is ongoing until May 9.
A national winner will be announced May 21. View Inga’s doodle and vote at google.com/doodle4google/vote.
