IN WINSLOW, Saturday at 1:43 a.m., Jamie Royce Clark, 30, of Maple Grove Road, China, was issued a summons on the Ticonic Bridge on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

1:43 a.m., Season Marie Bartley, 33, of Albion Road, Benton, was issued a summons on the Ticonic Bridge on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

9:02 p.m., Mark Robert Mills Jr., 20, of Hinkley Road, Clinton, was issued a summons on China Road on a charge of operating vehicle without license.

Sunday at 5:18 p.m., Kimberly Mae Layton, 27, of Halifax Street was issued a summons on Bay Street on a charge of operating without a license.
