WAYNE — Cary Memorial Library summer book sale will begin Saturday, July 18, at the Williams House, across from the library at 14 Old Winthrop Road. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to a news release from the library.
The sale will continue from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 20; 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 21; 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22; 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 23; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25.
This is one of the library’s two giant annual sales, with four rooms filled from floor to ceiling with gently used books; DVDs and CDs too.
On Saturday, July 25, shoppers can buy books for $1 a bag.
